- Create a consistent brand awareness strategy train the team to execute it and monitor their execution.
- Increase customer engagement and loyalty on social media platforms and Huna Magazine.
- Drive sales growth through targeted marketing efforts for existing and upcoming locations.
Scope of Services:
- Brand Messaging and Communication:
- Guide the Huna team in developing clear and compelling brand messaging that resonates with the target audience.
- Host collaborative sessions to create brand communication guidelines, including tone of voice, key messages, and storytelling frameworks.
- Ensure consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints through joint efforts and knowledge transfer.
- Marketing Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the Huna team to design a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Huna's business goals.
- Facilitate sessions to outline key marketing objectives, target audience segments, and strategic initiatives.
- Co-develop an integrated marketing plan, including online and offline channels, to achieve desired outcomes.
- Digital Marketing and Social Media:
- Guide the Huna team in creating and implementing a digital marketing strategy encompassing website optimization, content marketing, SEO, and PPC campaigns.
- Work together to develop and manage social media campaigns across relevant platforms to increase engagement and brand visibility.
- Host bi-weekly training sessions to monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and improve ROI.
- Content Creation and Marketing:
- Assist Huna in hiring the right personnel for content creation and marketing roles.
- Provide training to the hired personnel to ensure they understand and can execute their job responsibilities effectively.
- Oversee and guide the content creation process to ensure the production of high-quality, engaging content tailored to the target audience, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics.
- Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
- Implement content marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Brand Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Mentor the Brand Experience designer to identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand reach and credibility.
- Work with the Brand Experience designer to negotiate and manage partnerships with influencers, industry leaders, and complementary brands.
- Develop co-branded marketing initiatives and campaigns in collaboration with the Brand Experience designer.
- Campaign Management and Execution:
- Create the process and management system for campaign planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Train the Huna team to plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotional events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, gather feedback, and make data-driven adjustments.
